How long do you leave a TENS unit on for low back pain and hip pain? Is there a limit to how long to keep on? - hip and back pain more condition_symptoms

I had pain in my lower back both sides, on the left hip and buttock radiating to 2 months. I just started to use a TENS unit today with limited training. How long can I go?

Mine shortly after ten minutes, when all I am, ten minutes per hour.

You can leave for a few hours, but to do nothing for the cause of your pain. It prevents the signal to your brain easily. Enter in the treatment and eliminate the cause of pain, then it really is.

About an hour, remove it for a few hours, then turn it on if you plan to use more than a few times a day and is still around the house, only to us off course, and then Close Just the cables from the United Nations machine. That the way you do not, everything back in several times a day. Legumes also change, not even for a whole hour. In a high as you can endure and keep pace in the past. Good luck to work properly.

I have said for years and over, 10-15 minutes.

And they have a real doctor sent to a chiropractor if you believe that you can help.
The chiropractor that I do a lot more damage, because their treatment entails.

I'm not saying all are bad, only the smartest thing to do to a doctor recommended,
