First, as a rule more difficult in law to a concealed weapon, carry a gun visible. Not in a position is legal to carry a concealed weapon, but do not see any weapon.

Minnesota will require permits to transport and conceal. So, assuming that your colleagues have the necessary permissions, you are legally in the clear. Of course, this does not always head to another rule that states that employees do not carry weapons, the sensible policy if it could help attract businesses to impose.

Depends on the state.
Many have a policy of openness of the year, but is not used or known.
The mine and I did not hear that in the last month and I realize very well that the law on firearms.

The only complaint would be if the city into a local order which is unfavorable. Even if it is legal and yet it felt to be necessary to care for the police to stay, no doubt, arrest and.

The word "swing comes to mind.

If you have a liscence of a firearm, then you need to take in the open, unless you have permission to concealed carry. They are hard to achieve something.

some places, you need a permit only. Arizona must be at least 21 and out and does nothing, and if you need a permit.

The second amendment gives the right to bear arms, provided they are in school, bank or government owned.
