Has anybody ever used Sceletium Tortuosum or Kanna? - sceletium tortuosum interferes with thyroid
I've heard something about this plant for a while and I tried to give it a try. I know it can with tea, etc. mixed smoke, and is located on the Internet in various ways. My question is: If you ever tried, and if so, what was your experience? So, what would be the most reliable product to try first?

Kanna I really appreciate. It is a good way to lift the mood in a subtle way, and its effects are almost instantaneous.
I smoked grass, but I am sure that other methods of administration at work. I bought from a supplier of ethnobotany in Australia.
